How To Register To Recruit On Campus
Bentley University is known for its service delivery and well-managed campus recruiting program, which operates from mid-October to early December during the fall semester, and from late January to late April, in the spring semester. The CCS staff is dedicated to making recruiters' visits to campus as pleasant and productive as possible.
On-Campus Recruiting Program: Operates from mid-October to late April. The campus recruiting program is managed via the eRecruiting system. Employers participating in the on-campus recruiting program have the option of pre-screening resumes to select students for interviews. A typical interview schedule for an employer will begin at 8:30 AM and end at 4:30 PM. Half-day schedules can also be arranged at the employer's request. Interviews can be 20, 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length.
Employer Presentations/Information Sessions are arranged on a first-come first-served basis. We provide employers with the option of utilizing Bentley media equipment for their presentation(s) at no charge. Refreshments can be ordered for presentations by contacting the Bentley Catering Office, Sodexho at (781) 891-2674 at least two weeks prior to the date of your presentation.
Off-Campus Recruiting Resume Collection: Companies also have the option of recruiting off campus by posting job vacancies as resume collections for graduating Bentley students and receiving resumes via the eRecruiting system. Employers will then be responsible for contacting the student directly to arrange an interview at your place of business. If you would like to submit a position for a Resume Collection, please send an email to jthibod2@bentley.edu. The Recruiting Staff will post your position on the eRecruiting system. You will receive a detailed confirmation letter via email when the position has been posted.
Alumni Job Board on the On-line Community: We have launched a website connecting employers and alumni. Please visit the site to experience the wide range of employer services available at no cost to assist you with your recruiting efforts. These include:
Register to Post Jobs - Register your company so that you can post job opportunities and view the resumés of Bentley alumni.
Post a Job Opening - Specify industry and profession, qualifications, job description, and contact information. Our site host will automatically post your job for three months; alternatively you can discard the posting at any time.
View Posted Resumés - Select resumes by professional field or key word and easily follow-up with potential candidates directly. We are confident you will find our alumni to be focused and ready to make an immediate contribution to your organization.
Bentley Alumni already have access to this site. Simply go to www.bentley.edu/alumni - click on Jobs, then click on Find/Post Job Opportunities and sign in with your alumni user ID and password. If you do not know your user ID and password, click on the link that says "Forgot your user ID and password?" and it will be sent to you.
If you are an employer who is not a Bentley alumni and would like to post jobs in this community, you must first email Career Services at alumniccs@bentley.edu to request access to post your job. Please provide your name, company name, address, telephone number and email address. You will receive a reply within 48 hours with the instructions on how to register, post jobs, and review resumes.
